"Let's eat together."
That's what our family has been saying, in one language or another, for over forty years. Calabria Bakery opened in 1984 with a brick oven, a well-worn recipe book, and a promise to bake the way our nonni did in Southern Italy.
Today, three generations later, we still bake bread every morning, pull espresso by hand, and roll pasta, cannoli and Torta al Rum from scratch. The oven is the same. The recipes are the same. The neighbours change — and we love that.

Our bread, panini, focaccia, Kaiser rolls, pastries and pizza in telga are all made fresh on-site each morning. When we say "authentic Italian," we mean the flour, the water, the hands, and the fire.
